PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF JOHN JONGEBLOED AS PRESIDENT OF NELTEC, INC. BUSINESS UNIT

Melville, New York, Tuesday, September 12, 2017……Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) announced the appointment of John Jongebloed as President of Neltec Inc., Park’s electronics Business Unit based in Tempe, Arizona. In this position, Mr. Jongebloed will succeed John Jamieson who will continue in his position as Vice President of Aerospace Supply Chain Management of Park Electrochemical Corp.

Mr. Jongebloed was employed by Park Electrochemical Corp. and its subsidiaries in various positions between 1989 and 2014. He was President of Park’s New England Laminates Co., Inc. Business Unit in Newburgh, New York from 1999 to January 2009 and President of Park’s Park Advanced Composite Materials, Inc. Business Unit in Waterbury, Connecticut from 2007 to December 2012. Mr. Jongebloed was also appointed Vice President of Global Logistics of Park Electrochemical Corp. in April 2000 and Senior Vice President of Global Logistics from July 2001 to January 2006. He was appointed Vice President of Business Development of Park Electrochemical Corp. in January 2013, and he was President of the Company’s Park Aerospace Technologies Corp. aerospace Business Unit located in Newton, Kansas from April 2013 to November 2014.
